We work in conjunction with a team of general practice Chartered
Surveyors who are able to undertake 'pre purchase', 'general
condition' and valuation surveys for purchasers. All are practicing
RICS qualified surveyors with considerable experience of local
conditions and requirements.
Comprehensive reports are geared to providing the kind of
impartial information required by a purchaser who need to
fully understand the nature of the property and be aware of
any potential liabilities.
A typical report could include ...
- Structural Condition of House and Pool
- Water Penetration and Rising Damp
- Services report including plumbing and electrical installations
- Schedule of defects with 'guideline' budget for remedial
works
- Research on Local Planning Issues that may have an impact
on the property or its value
- Review of the property documentation to ensure all construction
is legal and completed with planning approval
- Rebuilding Cost - Valuation for Insurance Purposes
- Viability of alterations
A surveyors report is complementary to the services of your
appointed lawyer. For example, it is normally not a part of
the lawyers responsibility to check local planning issues.

- Apartments and Condominium Properties
- Property Value up to € 300,000 - Fee € 250.00
- Property Value up to € 500,000 - Fee € 350.00
- Villas & Isolated properties
- Property Value up to € 300,000 - Fee € 350.00
- Property Value up to € 500,000 - Fee € 450.00
- Property Value up to € 700,000 - Fee € 500.00
- Property Value up to € 1,000,000 - Fee € 600.00
- Thereafter by negotiation.
- All prices exclude VAT
- Journeys of over 1 hour or more than 75 km form Almancil may incur additional travelling charges.
